IASO2011 Downloads
For safe update of Clients who use 11.0.3.10354 version or older of IASO2011 to a new 11.6.2.11298 version, please, provide IASO support team (via support@iasobackup.com) with the DNS names or IP addresses (external and internal), which your clients use to connect to the server. After adding them to your license you will get an email from IASO support and after that you will be able to update ME, MC and Client safely.
Please make sure that your provider has updated his appliance before start to update a Client.
If you use VMwareBackupPlugin before update to the version 11.6.2.11298 please update VDDK library to the new version and ensure that it is included into the %PATH% system variable. Read more »

Before installing the new software packages, you need to update Management Engine and Management Console to the latest version to ensure a clean upgrade. When update process is successfully completed please update your licence (select Actions → Update Licence from Management Console main menu).
