Brand new IASO Backup 2012 is now available!
IASO Backup 2012 is designed to provide a safe and secure IP backup for business and consumer customers.
At the heart of our solution are such important technologies as Archiving — that gives a possibility to keep specific backups actual, even if these backups are behind the retention point, Common files — that is intended to eliminate or at least dramatically decrease storage waste, 2-tier backup — that could replace backup server, it duplicates all server data and uses local file system or network share as storage. Our software is now even more efficient and scalable with the extension of plugins available for backup — VSS SharePoint and Oracle databases and supporting of Microsoft Azure protocol. Also the IASO Backup 2012 is easy to operate, as it requires no physical handling of backup media and has a simple straightforward user interface.
The software runs on all popular operating systems such as  Windows,  Mac OS X,  GNU/Linux and  FreeBSD.
Our software is currently available in most common EU languages, as well as in Japanese and Russian; Norwegian, Arabian, traditional and simplified Chinese will be added shortly.
The IASO Backup 2012 is highly optimized to use as little resources as possible. On the backup server side low-energy processors (Atom, CoreDuo) are already enough. Also the number of writes to the disks is minimized, allowing the disks to go into idle or sleep mode, using even less power.
