Account Actions Audit Mechanism description

Account Actions Audit Mechanism allows to track all actions which were made on IASO Backup 2011 Client with the current account.

Fields which are audited:

• Action Id — enumeration of operations;
• Timestamp — operation time;
• Operation — operation name;
• User — user of MC (local/remote);
• Details — operation details.

Operations which are audited:

• all remote commands;
• set selection;
• set restore selection;
• add/remote/modify scheduling;
• save settings;
• save filters;
• cancel;
• backup actions;
• add/remove/modify Network Shares;
• modify MsSQL server;
• backup (manual);
• restore (manual).

Account Actions monitoring

• Select an account, click on mouse right button and select "Show audit...";

• Now you can see the list of account actions, you can click "Request audit from user" button to update it;

• Refresh table;
