IASO2012 Management Console
This is a detailed manual that contains all necessary information about working with Management Console Application.
Installation
- Launch the Management Console Setup Wizard and click Next button.

- Change destination folder if you need and click Install button.

- Click Finish button when istallation is completed.

- Launch Management Console.

Login
- Launch Management Console.
- Enter Location of your engine, your user name and password in the "Engine location", "User" and "Password" fields, respectively. Click on the Ok button to continue work with Management Console or Cancel otherwise.

- If you entered an invalid user name and/or password, you will get a message indicating this fact on the screen as shown below. Therefore, once again, you will need to perform the last step.

Main Panel
The main panel of Management Console contains the list of users with their settings:
- User Name — the name user registers to setup Client Application;
- Timestamp — the time of client's last action;
- Status code — the status of client's last action (successful, adorted, failed etc.);
- Last successful backup — the date and time of last successful backup;
- Size of the used storage — size of the server storage used by the client;
- FsBackupPlugin status — the status of client's last action on File System plugin;
- FsBackupPlugin number of files in selection — the number of files which were selected for backup on File System plugin;
- FsBackupPlugin number of changed files — the number of files which were changed since the last session on File System plugin;
- FsBackupPlugin selected size — the size of files which were selected for backup on File System plugin;
- FsBackupPlugin processed size — the size of selection which was processed during backup on File System plugin;
- FsBackupPlugin sent size — the size of selection which was sent for backup on File System plugin;
- MsSqlBackupPlugin status — the status of client's last action on MS SQL plugin;
- MsSqlBackupPlugin number of files in selection — the number of files which were selected for backup on MS SQL plugin;
- MsSqlBackupPlugin number of changed files — the number of files which were changed since the last session on MS SQL plugin;
- MsSqlBackupPlugin selected size — the size of files which were selected for backup on MS SQL plugin;
- MsSqlBackupPlugin processed size — the size of selection which was processed during backup on MS SQL plugin;
- MsSqlBackupPlugin sent size — the size of selection which was sent for backup on MS SQL plugin;
- SystemStateBackupPlugin status — the status of client's last action on System State plugin;
- SystemStateBackupPlugin number of files in selection — the number of files which were selected for backup on System State plugin;
- SystemStateBackupPlugin number of changed files — the number of files which were changed since the last session on System State plugin;
- SystemStateBackupPlugin selected size — the size of files which were selected for backup on System State plugin;
- SystemStateBackupPlugin processed size — the size of selection which was processed during backup on System State plugin;
- SystemStateBackupPlugin sent size — the size of selection which was sent for backup on System State plugin;
- ExchangeBackupPlugin status — the status of client's last action on Exchange plugin;
- ExchangeBackupPlugin number of files in selection — the number of files which were selected for backup on Exchange plugin;
- ExchangeBackupPlugin number of changed files — the number of files which were changed since the last session on Exchange plugin;
- ExchangeBackupPlugin selected size — the size of files which were selected for backup on Exchange plugin;
- ExchangeBackupPlugin processed size — the size of selection which was processed during backup on Exchange plugin;
- ExchangeBackupPlugin sent size — the size of selection which was sent for backup on Exchange plugin;
- NetworkSharesBackupPlugin status — the status of client's last action on Network Shares plugin;
- NetworkSharesBackupPlugin number of files in selection — the number of files which were selected for backup on Network Shares plugin;
- NetworkSharesBackupPlugin number of changed files — the number of files which were changed since the last session on Network Shares plugin;
- NetworkSharesBackupPlugin selected size — the size of files which were selected for backup on Network Shares plugin;
- NetworkSharesBackupPlugin processed size — the size of selection which was processed during backup on Network Shares plugin;
- NetworkSharesBackupPlugin sent size — the size of selection which was sent for backup on Network Shares plugin;
- Password — the password user registers to setup Client Application;
- Email — the email dashboards will be sent to;
- Frequency for the dashboards — frequency dashboards will be sent with;
- Contract name — the name of the contract;
- Group name — the name of a group the user is included to;
- Product name — the name of product the client uses;
- Contract creation date — the date of contract creation.

Groups Panel
The panel contains the names of users groups.

Totals Panel
The panel contains the common information about the server:
- Size of used storage;
- Selected size;
- for File system;
- for MsSql;
- for System State;
- for Exchange;
- for Network Shares;
- Sent size;
- for File system;
- for MsSql;
- for System State;
- for Exchange;
- for Network Shares.

Main Menu
There are 7 items in the main menu:
- Actions — current item allows you to swith over different servers to manage them and to exit the Management Console;

- Reconnect — allows you to connect to any server;
- Exit — allows you to exit the Management Console;
- View — current item allows you to manage panels displayed on the main screen;

- Tool bar — allows you to switch on/off Tool bar panel;

- Groups panel — allows you to display/not to display Groups panel;

- Totals panel — allows you to to display/not to display Totals panel;

- Update interval — allows you to update the information display in some intervals;

- Customize columns — in the process of development;
- Customize totals — in the process of development;
- Tool bar — allows you to switch on/off Tool bar panel;
- Users — current item allows you to manage server accounts;

- Add user(s) — allows you to ADD one or more user(s) to the server;
- Delete user(s) — allows you to DELETE selected user(s) from the server;
- Users info — allows you to look through selected user information;
- Show sessions — allows you to look through all sessions of selected user;
- Import/Export Users — import users and their settings from xml file (export functionality is in the process of development);
- Groups — current item allows you to manage groups of users;

- Products— current item allows you to manage products;

- Update products — allows you to update product for current user;
- Import/Export Products — import products from xml file (export functionality is in the process of development);
- Tools — in the process of development;

- Commands — in the process of development;
- Regrant license — update the licenses compulsory;
- License information — in the process of development;
- Help;

- Online help — in the process of development;
- Administrator's Guide — in the process of development;
- Check for updates — in the process of development;
- About in the process of development.
Tool bar
Tool bar panel will help you to quick access to main functionality management.
Add user(s)
- Click Add user(s) button;
- If you want to add one user with special name enter Username, Number = 1, select the product type and click Ok button;

- If you want to add several users leave Username field emty, select the number of users in Number field, select the product type and click Ok button

- Informational window with new user(s)' credentials appears, remember them and close the window.

Delete user(s)
- Select one or several user(s) for deletion in the list;

- Click Delete user(s) button;
- Confirm the deletion via Yes button click;

Add group
- Click Add group button;

- Enter Group name (name of the group to log in), password, Public name (the name of group that will be displayed in dashboards) and email. Click Ok button to add new group to the server.
Delete group
- Select the group for deletion in the Group panel;

- Click Delete group button;
- Confirm the deletion via Yes button click;

Update content
- Change update interval and click Update content button to update the information display in set interval;

Show filter
- Click Show filter to add filter panel
