Scripts
To create a new script for pre-/post-backup actions that will be used by any of schedules you should press Add button and new script available for use appears.

You are able to specify the name of each script in the field Name and enter action code of your script in the right table.

These names will be displayed in the expanded pre- and post-backup fields on Schedule tab — choose one of them and an appropriate script will be implemented before or after backup process.

User and password fields are obligatory if special rights for script execution are needed.
- In case you would like your backup action is performed under domain user you should specify an appropriate username in the following way: username@domain
- In case you would like your backup action is performed under local user you should specify an appropriate username in the standard way: username. Just draw your attention that specified local user should be in Administrators group.

You can also set the exact time for script execution before or after backup on schedule. If it is not completed while specified period of time, the appropriate pre-/post- backup action will fail.

You can also enable Fail session on error functionality to fail the session in case the script is not done by any reason. Draw your attention to the fact that this can be possible only if you use a script for pre-backup action.

You can even test new created script to be sure that everything works correctly by pressing Test button. It will start the script but will not influence on scheduling and other functionality.

When you need to remove any of scripts, just select it and press Remove button.
